- Responsible for the sales coordination with internal and external customers
- To manage and to ensure timely and accurate processing and confirmation of sales orders
- Ensure timely tracking of orders and delivery fulfilment
- Support the sales team in daily administration works such as filing of documents, data entry, responding to queries from vendors and other support when requested
- Minimum “O” levels with at least 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge in MFG software will be an advantage
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
- Meticulous and a team player who can work independently
- Promote IT products to walk-in customers at assigned stores.
- Assist in customer requests & enquiries on Acer products.
- Must be able to converse in fluent English.
- Able to work long hours during weekends and Public Holidays.
